We store order data needed to verify payment and provide support: email address, optional customer name, public order ID, payment amount, token, network, TXID, order status, license field, internal notes and audit timestamps.
Email and TXID are collected to match blockchain payment evidence to your order and to deliver support manually.
Records are retained for operational support and dispute handling. Old rejected or incomplete orders may be cleaned up according to the retention process described in the README.
Customers can contact support to request deletion where applicable, subject to operational, fraud-prevention and legal record needs.
