TrendSurfer is digital software. Refund requests made before license delivery may be reviewed and approved if payment can be clearly matched to the order.
After a license has been delivered, refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case.
Funds sent using the wrong token, wrong network, wrong address or unsupported transfer method may be unrecoverable and may not be eligible for refund.
